Exchange and Return Policy

    • We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 30 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
    • Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
    • Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. 
    • Delivery Charges will not be refunded. 
    • Refund requests will be processed within 10-15 days after receiving the return products.
    • All returns should be sent to our consumer return department

    2. REPACK MERCHANDISE

    Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to return, along with the Return Form are included with your return shipment.

    3. SHIP TO

    Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our Address
    IMPORTANT : Pickup service is available for Lahore customer Only. Lahore customers have to follow till Step 2 and call us for a pickup. We charge Rs.100 For this Pick Up Service. ( PICKUP SERVICE IN LAHORE ISTEMPORARILY DISCONTINUED TILL LOCKDOWN. CUSTOMERS WILL HAVE TO SEND THE MERCHANDISE VIA COURIER DURING THELOCKDOWN
